How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 3–5 working days. Express is 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that, standard shipping is charged at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with the tags attached. Returns are free.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size guide with body measurements. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or stay true to size for a performance fit.

How should I wash my GYMSPIDER gear?

Machine wash cold with like colours, do not tumble dry, and skip the fabric softener so the technical finish keeps performing.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch within one hour of ordering and we will do our best. After that the order is usually already with the warehouse.
